If you would like to purchase a plot of land, you can find out which municipal charges based on federal law are associated with this plot of land by applying to the relevant municipality for a residents' certificate.
A residents' certificate issued for a property provides you with an overview of the property-related charges applicable under federal law.
The certificate must be applied for in due form and time at the responsible municipality.
A fee for this can be obtained from the responsible municipality.
The property for which an adjoining owner's certificate is requested must be specifically named and accompanied by proof of ownership and an extract from the cadastral map.
