The project and development plan becomes part of the project-related development plan (§ 12 para. 3 sentence 1 of the Building Code (BauGB)).
The plan specifies the details of the project and the associated development measures, which the project promoter undertakes to implement in the implementation contract.
The relevant documents (project and development plan, project-related development plan, justification of the development plan and summary statement on the way in which the environmental concerns and the results of public and public participation were taken into account in the development plan, and on the reasons for which the plan was chosen after weighing up the examined other possible planning options) can be consulted by anyone.

The project-related development plan must have been published in the version that it has finally received.
The inspection is free of charge (however, costs may be charged if, for example, copies of the documents are requested).
The documents must be kept available at all times, i.e. throughout their period of validity, but also after their repeal.
The project and development plan is part of the project-related development plan. It can be seen by anyone; the same shall apply to its explanatory memorandum and to the summary statement.
