As an approved measuring point for emissions and immissions in accordance with the Federal Immission Control Act, you can offer your services throughout Germany after notification by a state authority or participate in corresponding tenders.

They are able to determine particulate, gaseous organic and inorganic substances and odours in terms of equipment and personnel. They have the special requirements with regard to sampling and analysis.

They are able to determine noises and/or vibrations in terms of equipment and personnel.

You fulfil the obligations according to § 16 of the 41st BImSchV

Fees are due for the implementation of the notification procedure and the related expert services depending on the audit and administrative burden and on the specific measurements requested.

The notification is limited to five years and must then be applied for again.

For the measurement of air pollutants, noise and vibrations on behalf of companies, the measuring point requires official recognition or approval (herein referred to as announcement)

- The measuring point must undergo an official notification procedure

- The competent authority for this is the State Office for the Environment
