The project and development plan becomes part of the project-related development plan (Section 12 (3) sentence 1 of the German Building Code (BauGB)).
The plan sets out the details of the project and the associated development measures, which the developer undertakes to implement in the implementation agreement.
Anyone may inspect the relevant documents (project and development plan, project-related development plan, justification of the development plan and summary statement on the way in which the environmental concerns and the results of the public and official participation were taken into account in the development plan and on the reasons why the plan was chosen after consideration of the other planning options that were examined).
Indication of the number or name of the relevant project-related development plan.
The project-related development plan must have been published in the version in which it was finally published.
Inspection is free of charge (however, costs may be charged if, for example, photocopies of the documents are required).
After the announcement of the project-related development plan, citizens may contact the office named in the announcement to inspect the plan and the other documents to be kept available.
The project-related development plan and the other documents to be kept available must be available at all times or must be provided within a reasonable period of time. However, inspection may be restricted to the authority's office hours or - if there are deviations - to visiting hours.
The documents must be kept available at all times, i.e. for the entire duration of its validity, but also after its revocation.
The project and development plan is an integral part of the project-related development plan. It can be inspected by anyone; the same applies to its justification and the summary declaration.
