Is your company involved in the commercial transportation of goods or passengers and your company card has been lost? Then you can apply for a replacement card from the relevant office.

If you have lost your company card, you will need a replacement immediately. You can apply for a replacement card as an entrepreneur or as an authorized representative.

The original card loses its validity when the replacement card is issued. If you or other persons find the original card again, you must return it to the responsible office.

As an entrepreneur, you are responsible for the proper use of the card or cards. You must also ensure that the company card is entered into the tachograph at the beginning and end of the use of the vehicle for your company in order to assign the use of the vehicle to your company.

• verifiable documentation of the name, address, registered office, legal representative of the company

• at the request of the competent authority, the holder must, if necessary, provide an affidavit stating that the company card cannot be returned and for what reasons

• Your company uses vehicles that must have a digital tachograph.
• Your company card has been lost.

• Complete the application, sign it and submit it together with all the necessary documents.
• The application and documents will be checked for completeness and the card will be ordered from the Federal Motor Transport Authority.
• The card will be sent to you directly by the Federal Motor Transport Authority. At the same time, you will receive the notification of administrative costs from the TLV.
• If you want to apply for the company card online:
  • You submit the application and the required documents to the online service (please enter the name) and pay the administrative costs.
  • The application and documents are checked for completeness and payment and the card is ordered from the Federal Motor Transport Authority.
  • The card will be sent to you directly by the Federal Motor Transport Authority.

There are no indications or special features.

An appeal can be lodged against the decision.

• If the company card is lost, the company as cardholder must immediately inform the competent authority that issued the card
