In terms of equipment and personnel, they are able to determine particulate, gaseous organic and inorganic substances and odours. They have the special requirements in terms of sampling and analysis.

They are able to detect noises and/or vibrations in terms of equipment and personnel.

Fees are due for the implementation of the disclosure procedure and the associated expert services, depending on the examination and administrative effort and the special measurements requested.

According to Annex 2 No. 2.2.3 of the Schedule of Fees of the Ministry of the Environment, Health and Consumer Protection (GebOMUGV), the fee is between EUR 350 and EUR 6 700.

The notification must be requested from the State Office for the Environment using the application form:

Approximately four months weeks after the complete documentation is available

The disclosure is limited to five years and must then be applied for again.
