If you want to carry out tests in accordance with the Chemicals Climate Protection Ordinance and issue certificates of expertise, you need approval from the responsible authority.
According to the Chemicals Climate Protection Ordinance, certificates of expertise are required for the personnel carrying out certain types of work. These certificates are issued after the test has been passed.
In order to carry out such examinations and issue corresponding certificates, you need to be recognized as an examination and certification body. You apply for recognition as an examination and certification body to the responsible authority.
