Two or more adjacent parcels are merged into one parcel.
The uniting or merging of properties or parcels that belong together locally and economically into one property or parcel may be expedient or even necessary for various reasons, e.g. to clear up the map, to avoid building encumbrance entries or to eliminate conditions that are contrary to building law.
- Identity card
- Extract from the land register
Not absolutely necessary, but if available, please send or bring it with you!
- The parcels to be merged must form a single economic and local unit.
- All parcels must have the same encumbrances in the land register and be booked under a consecutive number in the land register sheet.
- In the event of a simultaneous application for a merger of parcels of land, the valid identity card must be brought along.
- Written application with application form or informally by owner or authorized representative.
- The office checks whether the properties to be merged are located together and are unencumbered or equally encumbered in the land register. Merger request to the land registry
- If all requirements for the approval of a merger are met, the real estate map and the real estate register are continued. The merged parcels are given a new parcel number and the individual areas are added together.
- The owner, land registry and tax office are informed of the change in the real estate cadastre.
To ensure better clarity of the real estate map, the number of parcels in the real estate cadastre should be kept low.
When submitting an application via the application form, please check the Other/Comments box and indicate parcel merger.
Only in the case of simultaneous unification of parcels, the valid identity card must be brought along
